So recently decided to get my first kayak, and came across these guys, I couldn't decide on the Neptune or the Zander, in the end after a phone call (sorry cant remember who I spoke to) I went with the zander in the end, so after I placed my order I called yet again about delivery, as I a have a hectic job the only time I could get delivery was on the bank holiday Monday, which they organised for me - by the way the guys you used for delivery, very good, friendly called me up on the way, great delivery team. Zander arrived well packaged, good quality and cant wait to take it out. Great service, friendly team and great quality
