Hi I am sending this feedback because I think you will appreciate the learning.
We are happy with our Kayak to start.
When we first used it the seat was not stitched correctly and the buckle unravelled. We emailed with pictures and expressed our disappointment.
However we have received no correspondence from you at all.
The first thing we knew was a dispatch email saying a replacement seat was on the way.
I guess we expected an email in response to ours. An apology for the fault and our inconvenience perhaps.
We are pleased to get a replacement but to receive it cold with no other email is odd.
