Issue arose with original paddle during first time of use. Photo sent to Richard at Cambridge Kayaks, and replacement paddle immediately dispatched. Very happy with swift communications and dispatch. Very impressed with service - and availability of support and assistance. How refreshing to be able to communicate with a human being(!) - and particularly one so well-informed! Thank you!
