A simple solution for securing the bow and stern of your kayak when there is excessive overhang while mounted on roof bars.
The kit includes two tie-downs—one for the bow and one for the stern. The anchors are secured under the bonnet and boot of your car, with hooks connecting the anchor points to the kayak. The ratchet mechanism allows for easy tightening to secure the kayak in place.
These straps help prevent your kayak from lifting or shifting during transport, making them particularly useful for longer kayaks.

I purchased 2 sets of Kayak tie downs, from Cambridge Ksyaks, very pleased with them, easy to use with the hooks and ratchet system. Would recommend them for helping yo keep your Kayak safe, along with them being strapped down.

I bought two ser of these for keeping our kayaks stable on longer journeys. I like the longer length straps, for the hooks. It's such an easy piece of kit to use and the ratchet hooks are brilliant, fir getting the strings as tight as you need. Would recommend.

I was advised to buy these because I was using the Cambridge Kayak roof pads (temporary roof bars) and that the straps would eliminate any sideways movement. Very easy to install and remove. The ratchet system is compact but strong. I'd recommend these on any roof rack for peace of mind.
I’ve had my raider pro a week now and am very happy with the purchase, all the components are made to a high degree of quality and it does what it says in the tin. It feels very stable in the water and the pedal drive is very convenient although reverse would be nice to have. Allowed me to catch my ph pike on my first day out on it!

Amazing Short Touring Kayak!
I generally use Sit on Top Kayaks due to my knee replacement and ability to get inside a Sit Inside Kayak.
My wife bought me this after watching the Product video on the website.
Outstanding! I took it out yesterday and the stability and manouverability is fantastic. Cockpit is a great size and moves through the water a lot better than my Quest +1.
Little heavier and harder to get on the roof of my van, but that's a me problem.
I cannot wait to go camping with this Kayak, lots of space within the front and back storage hatches!

I purchased the Quest +1 last weekend and went on Rudyard Lake and then 8 miles down the canal.
The lake was windy and slightly choppy water! It handles well although it felt difficult this was down to the weather. It didnt let anybwater over into the back storage well.
The canal day was great weather and handles well as advertised! There is a review stating its hard to balance on this kayak, i dont personally think thats the Kayak?
I do find it slight harder to paddle than my other kayak but not enough to not do a long few days out in it.
The scupper plugs pull out like they do on the product video, which is a bonus when you are out on the water and realise you need them out!
I am 100kg and the kayak handles my weight well and have room for some kit for camping! Plenty of room for my kit and equipment.
For its size it is light and built to last, which wouod make it easy for loading on to a van or car in your own without making a mess of your paint work!
